Unlimited Pictures and LARGE booth size! You and your guests will have an entire evening to use the booth again and again and again.
You will notice that the Photo Booth is a great form of entertainment when your guests arrive. Usually the early nights photos tend to be a little more formal. As the night
progresses the photo booth will bring out the “SILLY” in everyone. We do provide props free of charge- hats, glasses, boa’s and much more fun articles. This will also encourage your
guests to return to the booth and just have a great time!
Our booths can fit up to 6-8 people. Many of the competitors only fix 2-4 people! Do you want a boring portrait or a great exciting photograph with tons of smiling faces?
Superb Picture Quality
We DO NOT use a webcam! A very high quality photo camera and flash are used to assure a
great picture. Quality starts with the camera. No white out or blurry pictures!
Fast True Commercial Printer Printing in 30 seconds means less waiting and more pictures! Not only is the camera an
important factor in the finished quality of the pictures. The printer is also key. All of our printers are true commercial printers that you can’t purchase at your local electronics store. Many competitors use a cheap $100 ink jet printer. Not us! Our printers are true photo
quality just like many photographers uses. Vivid colors that will not fade and last for a long time to come. We also print on a professional quality photo paper stock.
One picture goes to your guest and another into a memory book just for you.
We make it easy for you to share the silliness. In addition to the above memory book all photos are also digitally downloaded to a thumb drive at the end of the event for easy
uploading later. It will only take you minutes to post pictures to Facebook or email to family and friends.

A professional operator stays to run and maintain the booth.
We always have a friendly operator dressed appropriately remain with the booth at all times. They are there to explain the booth to your guests, encourage guest involvement, as well as
maintain the booth for smooth operation. As standard as this may seem. Some other companies drop off the booth and return at the end of the event for pick-up. We have even
seen a company state that a person will be no more than 25 minutes away and to call a cell phone number is problems occur. REALLY?

We hope to join you on your special day. Please call our office if you have any additional

Your balance is due no later than the day of event. No personal checks accepted for final payment AFTER one week prior to event
CASH OR CERTIFIED ONLY. Online payments also available. Checks are accepted for retainer fee and for final payment when received by Black Tie Productions
PRIOR TO one week of event date. There are no extra charges for setup or takedown time.
If you would like to reserve the photo booth services of Black Tie Productions please contact our office and your date will be held for 10 days and an agreement will be mailed/delivered/emailed to you.
Usually a retainer fee of $200.00 is required to secure a date past the 10 day hold time and is deducted from your total amount. Retainer fees can be paid in check, cash or online. We are able to work with you on the retainer amount if needed. Additional payments on all services can be made early if desired. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
