MultiOne Mobile can be downloaded via the Google Play store.
For communication with the driver the internal NFC antenna can be used or the external NFC canner which can be connected via Bluetooth.
The performance of these interface is depending on type of phones and version of Android and Bluetooth, Signify has tested several types and you can find a list via this link

This device communicates via BLE with your smartphone
(BLE = Bluetooth Low Energy)
The device can communicate with a Philips driver by NFC
(NFC = Near Field Communication)
You can use the NFC scanner:
• When your smartphone has no NFC-antenna
• When the driver is difficult to reach with your smartphone

MultiOne Mobile – FAQ
Do the users need to register?
No, the user doesn’t need to be registered. To install the App via Google Play store however, the user needs a Google account
Do the accounts get a message when an update is available ?
To activate the App the smartphone needs internet connection, regularly the App needs internet connection to check if the App is still active or needs to be updated
Can the OEM prevents changes to his luminaire can be made?
Yes, the OEM can set the so-called OWP (OEM Write Protection) via MultiOne in their factory to prevent changes can be made.
Does the DynaDimmer needs to be enabled?
Yes, the OEM needs to enable the DynaDimmer in Outdoor drivers. If not enabled, DynaDimmer feature cannot be changed.
Does Adjustable Light Output (ALO) also to be enabled ?
No, the App can always change the Adjustable Light Output. The OEM doesn’t need to enable this feature in the factory.
Can the user change LED current?
No, the Adjustable Output Current (AOC) cannot be changed. Reason is that the configured AOC is regarded as the maximum current for the luminaire for which the warranty is given.
Can I record the changes which are made in the field?
Yes, after configuration the user can ask for a summary and this can be shared via e-mail to any valid e-mail. The summary has a standard XML format which can be imported in practical all modern systems.
Which drivers are supported?
All drivers which supports Adjustable Output Current can be configured with MultiOne Mobile .
Is there a helpdesk available?
For questions, the OEM can contact the responsible account-manager. Centrally support will be given, similar as regular products.
Is user management GDPR compliant?
Of course is the tool fully GDPR compliant, at first use, the user needs to agree with term of use and use of the interface and GPSSee also https://www.signify.com/global/privacy/legal-information/privacy-notice
