Permanent employment, non-fixed term dispatch means that you will be hired by Adecco Ltd. (Modis) as a full-time, permanent employee. Once joining Modis, you will be dispatched to the client company to work on-site.

We have a clear-cut work assessment system with 25-tier wage scale. Our developed evaluation criteria and salary table provide for a high wage return rate.

OPEN POSITIONS

Now hiring for numerous development projects across a wide range of industry sectors including IT, finance, wholesale, manufacturing, and others.

IT EngineerPlay an active role in business operations and outsourcing / consignment departments related to upstream processes such as design and construction for various applications including web systems and core systems.

R&D EngineerWork in development and design departments centring on major manufacturers for automobiles, automotive parts, aerospace, medical equipment, railways, home appliances, and machine tools. Depending on experience and skills you will be responsible for product development concepts, basics, mass production design, digital circuit design, analogue circuit design, and device development.

Permanent Employment (Permanent Employment Dispatch Position)※ Six month probationary period (No changes to salary or other conditions)※ Contractual conditions commensurate with engineering experience

Minimum Monthly Salary 235,000 JPNCommensurate with experience and skills・Salary adjustment twice per year・Basic salary is paid during standby・All overtime is paid・Bonus twice per year

Engineer experience over 6 monthsJapanese: Business level

Tokyo metropolitan area (Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa)・Kansai area (Osaka, Kyoto, Hyogo, Shiga, Nara, Wakayama, Fukuoka)・Chubu area (Aichi, Gifu, Mie)※ Dispatched limited to the area in which you are assigned.

Monday - Friday 9:00-18:00 (Break: 1 hour)

National holidays・New Year holidays・Summer holidays・Up to 10 days annual paid leave (according to the month you join the company) Leave for weddings and funerals, maternity leave, childcare leave, etc.※ In accordance with the company you are dispatched to.
