Registration begins on-site one hour prior to auction time. 2. Please bring a valid driver’s license for identifi cation.

10% Buyer’s Premium added to the high bid to determine 3. contract sale price. 10% deposit due on the day of the auction with the balance due at closing within 30 days. Properties will be conveyed by General Warranty Deed, with the exception of the bank-owned properties which will be conveyed by Special Warranty Deed.
