SituationMulberry House is located in the heart of historic
Winchester 160 metres from the shopping centre with

Mulberry HouseA Grade II Listed, predominantly Georgian, family house
of 17th Century origin, is one of Winchester’s finest

Mulberry House is believed to have been named after
a Mulberry Tree that was planted in the rear garden
by Charles II. Sadly the tree no longer remains. The
