Role :Key responsibilities performed are
1. Design of safety net plans, layouts and sections on autocad.
2. Making fabrication drawings for the products we sell, based on customer's requirement
and engineering analysis.
3. 3D modelling of loading platforms, structural posts and lifeline components etc using
solidworks.
4. Analysis of designs using FEA solidworks simulation tool and product development through
STAAD PRO.
5. Planning of delivery schedules, making equipment lists, ensuring supply chain management
and field services at different sites.
6. Product development and stress analysis of loading platforms using simulation.

sites.

Role :Key responsibilities performed were
1. Exploration, inspection and drilling of different wells and projects.
2. Detection of H2S, SO2, combustible and volatile organic gases at different oil and gas wells.
Done feasibility surveys on oil wells, installation of equipment, testing and commisioning at oil
gas projects.
3. Control and eradication of gases using emission control solutions.
4. Coordinating and handling different site drilling activities at oil gas exploration sites.

• Worked as Production and design trainee in KSB PUMPS from july 2014 to Mar 2015
Role :A german multinational where I have worked in "production and designing" department. I got
to know about enterprise resource planning, autocad drawings, SAP, process standardization,
different types of pumps, their manufacturing, fabrication and how supply chain is managed in an
industry.
• Worked as Internee in TRIPACK FILMS from Jun 2013 to Aug 2013
Role :A petrochemical processing plant, joint venture of Mitsubishi and Packages, where I have
worked as a maintenance engineer and completed a project on efficient utilization of heat
absorption chiller. I got opportunity for hands on experience on different processing systems.
• Worked as Internee in POF from Jun 2012 to Aug 2012
Role :Major portion of internship was related to mechanical maintenance and manufacturing.I got to
know about materials, their selection, usage, assembling, final testing and workshop processes like
lathe,CNC, milling etc
PROJECT DETAILS:
Design, development and analysis of 2.5ton, 5ton loading retractable platforms using STAAD
analysis and solidworks analysis.
Preparation of detail fabrication drawings for loading platforms and its parts.
Design and development of construction and oil well safety products.
Detail drawings and fabrication of lifeline items.
Planning, bill of materials preparation for ongoing site activities and preparation of architecture
drawings, fabrication, welding details for different items.
Testing and commissioning of all the relevant items within domain of TSS.
Preparation and execution of marketing catalogues, animations, designs, engineering activities.
Design of flexible engine test bench for testing gasoline engines of upto 200cc for shell eco
marathon cars, student research projects and teaching purposes in GIKI.
The project includes modeling, designing , analysis, material selection and cost estimation.
Done stress analysis of prony brake dynamometer using FEA solidworks simulation tool.
Designed an auto roll punching machine using Geneva and four bar quick forward mechanism.
Done a project to enhance efficiency of cooling tower, boiler and chiller using concepts of heat and
mass transfer.
Train boogie parts designed with Pro-E and drawings made on Autocad and designed spring
balance as per the calculations of rack, pinion and spring using concepts of machine elements
design and they were well interlinked.
Fabricated a temperature regulator of a water tank using concepts of system dynamics and controls
through loops, microprocessors, sensors etc
