Keynote Speakers

George F. Will is today’s most widely read columnist. His newspaper column has been syndicated by The Washington Post since 1974. Today, it appears twice weekly in approximately 500 newspapers in the United States and in Europe. In 1977, he won a Pulitzer Prize for commentary for his newspaper columns. For 32 years, beginning as a founding member in 1981, he was a panelist on ABC television’s This Week with George Stephanopoulos. George was born in Champaign, Illinois, educated at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, Oxford University and Princeton University, where he earned his Ph.D. He has taught political philosophy at Michigan State University and the University of Toronto. George served as a staff member in the United States Senate from 1970 to 1972. From 1973 through 1976, he was the Washington editor of National Review magazine. Today, Will lives and works in Washington.

Steve Young built his fame as the record-setting quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers…but he is also a licensed attorney, an acclaimed motivational speaker, a sought-after corporate spokesperson, a dedicated husband and a proud, doting dad. When Steve retired after the 1999 season, his resume included being the highest-rated QB in NFL history, two league MVP Awards (1992 and 1994) and the renown of being the only signal caller in league annals to win four con-secutive passing titles. Currently, he is co-founder and a Managing Director for Sorenson Capital, a private equity investment fi rm headquartered in Utah. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science (1983) and his Juris Doctorate (1994) from Brigham Young University. Steve Young and his wife Barbara split their time between California, Utah and Arizona. They are the proud parents of two sons, Braedon Steven and Jackson Graham.

Seth Mattison is an internationally renowned expert on workforce trends and generational dynamics. As Found-er and Chief Movement Officer of FutureSight Labs, Seth advises many of the world’s leading brand and orga-nizations on the key shifts happening around talent management, change and innovation, leadership, and the future of work. His ideas have been featured in such publications as the Wall Street Journal, The Huffi ngton Post, and The Globe. He was named one of the “Editors’ Picks For Favorite Speakers for 2013,” by MeetingsNet and as been called one of the most dynamic young speakers on the circuit today. With his fi nger on the pulse of today’s changing workforce, Seth blends storytelling from his own personal experience working with cat-egory leading brands while leveraging cutting edge research to develop fresh perspectives on the key strategic is-sues most relevant for today’s leaders.

REGISTRATION TYPE POLICIESAny person registering as a Franchisee must have a minimum of one operating unit and a signed agreement for additional development.

Franchisees who work for corporate are not entitled to come as a franchisee. You must be a franchisee of another company and will need to register under that company to attend in the franchisee category.

Area Developers/Representatives may only register as franchisees if they own a minimum of one franchise operating unit.

Area Developers/Representatives that sell and service franchises but do not own a franchise must register as an Area Developer/Representative.

All company representative registrants must be salaried employees of the sponsor/exhibiting company. Third party consultants can only attend as suppliers and must pay the appropriate supplier rate.

All registrants from a sponsoring or exhibiting company must have the same company name on their badge as the one they are representing.
