Data is securely collected and buffered at the site by ScadaPro, and then forwarded to the central Site to Office server over low bandwidth communication links. • The measuring system is based upon continuous column analysis of hydrocarbons cycle of C1 to NC5 (in PPM or %) Can also be used manually with an external injection

• The system is connected to the Online System with integrator and special software which displays both the continuous total hydrocarbon reading and the separated peaks. An alarm function alerts the operator for any out-of-range readings. Summary reports are easily printed or copied to Excel or similar programs

A flat-screen (LCD) is housed in a stainless steel enclosure. The screen is certified to be operated in Class I Division 2 Groups A, B, C and D hazardous

areas - virtually installable in all area where a data display may be necessary. Data displays are driven by Client computer in

addition to a standard alphanumeric display.� Continuous Four pump strokes counter

per minute with total stroke counter display in the software and alarm setting at each sample collection

� The sensors and the digital electronics are completely sealed from the drilling fluid and operates while immersed in the mud pit. This reduces the electronic lag inherent with systems whose electronics are present above the drilling fluid. Density probes require little maintenance. Mud caking on the sensor face is not an issue in this design. In addition, the system is temperature compensated to insure accurate reading up to 100 °C. Since safety is always an issue at the well-site, this sensor is explosion proof and intrinsically safe.
