hot and cold asphalt products to

the road construction industry

and also supplies airports, various

municipal applications and even

domestic asphalt requirements.

The company was established in Cape Town in 1965 andbecame a wholly-owned subsidiary o Murray & Roberts in1986.

Today we have static asphalt mixing plants in all SouthArica’s major centres and several mobile plants to serviceremote projects. We are able to supply a wide variety ospecialist and dierentiated products and maintain close

contact with our colleagues globally to ensure our productsand services conorm to world best practice.

A technical division provides specialist technical servicesand our SANAS accredited Central Laboratory in Cape Townallows us to develop new products, control test products,calibrate plant and oer testing services to our clients. Allour plants also have their own dedicated process controllaboratories.

Much Asphalt holds SANS 9001 – 2008 quality certifcationand is currently a Level 3 Contributor in terms o the DTI’sBroad Based Black Economic Empowerment codes. Saetyand environmental responsibility are non-negotiable onour sites and regular training is carried out or our own andcustomer sta to ensure understanding and compliance.
