The International Football Youth Tournament U17 is organized by the

Government of Musi Banyuasin, and the theme’s of tournament is

MY PRIDE's IS MY GAME.

It is means the tournament more than experiences and try out, but

the each team will compete to show the prestige of achievement as

the best in the age group on the last phase of youth development.

The activities focused to the game, the team participants is directed to

the full concentration for the game being played and our expectations

that this tournament as a barometer for the standard of youth

development has been implemented.

The Government of Musi Banyuasin is very serious to organized this

tournament. Starting from the beginning of August 2014 until

February 2015, Serasan Stadium Sekate Sekayu which will be used as

match venues has been totally renovated.

By the turn off the grass field, repair facilities, the addition of the

stands, lighting and the matches can be held in the morning,

afternoon and evening.

The other value of this tournament that the Musi Banyuasin society is

like football and In every match the stand will certain to be attended

between 2,500 to 5,000 spectators .

1. TIME & VENUE

Tournament will be held in Sekayu -

Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatera

Indonesia from 21 to 30 April 2015.

Match Venue : Serasan Sekate Stadium –

Sekayu, Musi Banyuasin.

Number of participants decided by LOC

for 10 team participant.

Age category : U17 (birth on 1st January

1998) and will be allowed to play 3 of

player with the 18 years of age players

(birth on 1 January 1997).

3. RULES OF TOURNAMENT

The tournament with FIFA and F.A.I (Football Association of

Indonesia ) standard match regulation.

Time of Kick Off 2 x 45 minutes and 15 minutes for time interval

Ball Size : No. 5 from the official sponsor

4. MATCH FORMAT

PLAY OFF – 1 QUALIFICATION

Team participants are divided on the 2 group with the round

robin match system, and the group winner and runner up

will go through to the semifinal.

PLAY OFF – 2 QUALIFICATION

Will be matched the 3rd , 4th , and 5th rank in A Group versus

3rd , 4th and 5th rank in B Group, for the 5th until 10th placed.

SEMI FINAL AND FINAL MATCHSEMI FINAL AND FINAL MATCH

In the semi final match, the A Group winner will against the

B group runner up. The Winner of Semi final Match will

played on the final match, for the 1st , 2nd , 3rd and 4th Place.

No additional time In Semifinal, Final and the Played Off – 2,

The winner will be definite by the 3 (three) of penalty kick in

each team.

5. TOURNAMENT PRIZE

The Champion, Runner up and 3rd Place will be presented

the trophy, medals and souvenir from the sponsor product.

The best player and top scorer will be presented trophy,

souvenir from the sponsor product.

For the coaches and players will be presented the

participate tournament certificate.

Palembang is the capital city of South Sumatera Province and

Sultan Mahmud Baddarudin II is the International Airport of

Palembang.

The International transit airport are Singapore, Kuala Lumpur,

and Jakarta. And the domestic transit airport are Jakarta,

Medan, Yogyakarta, Batam and Bandung.

per-team), and the price has included ;

2. Minimum 5 (five) and maximum 7 (seven) match per – team.

3. Accomodation in Wisma Atlit Sekayu for 10 days (9 night), with

sharing room for 4 (four) person.

In frame of sport tourism promotion program, Musi Banyuasin

Government will be offered the special price for the early team

registration. There is not deference of services both of facility or hospitality

with the the normal price.
