OBJECTIVE A. Utilize data-driven measures to make decisions that maximize student growth and achievement. OBJECTIVE B. Provide continuous professional development to special education staff.

OBJECTIVE C. Analyze the MTSD service delivery model to ensure high quality instruction on a flexible continuum that meets individual student needs.

OBJECTIVE D. Develop, sustain, and reflect on special education strategic leadership capacity within MTSD.
