‹1› Ecommerce Platform: User Manual
Introduction
This guide gives an overview of our Ecommerce platform and explains how to register, create your test or inspection order, make payments and track your services with MTS.
MTS Ecommerce Platform allows users to schedule, process, pay, and track records of their testing and inspection services with Modern Testing Services. It is designed for the desktop, mobile, and tablet.

Registration & Log-In

<Step 1. Account details> <Step 2. Personal details> <Step 3. Company details>
Click “Sign Up” to start Registration Step 1. Account Details: Type in a valid E-mail address; your email ID will become your log-in ID. Set your password between 6 to 20 characters then press Step 2. Personal Details: Input your First and Last name and your telephone number then press Step 3. Company Details: Input your Company name, address and telephone number. Then press to finish registration and you will be taken to the Main Page.

Step 1. Choose your services: TESTING SERVICES: MTS offers quality and regulatory
testing services for a variety of consumer products. INSPECTION SERVICES: MTS inspects before, during and
after production to verify the quality of your raw materials and production, marking and packaging, and product presentation.
Step 2. Select your Testing or Inspection: TESTING SERVICES: Select your product type then press INSPECTION SERVICES: Select desired type of inspection

Testing Services - Packages

The package contain tests that are mandatory regulatory requirements and industry standards based on your product choice and country of destination.
1. The Page Manager is used to select your Country of Destination (countries where your products will be sold), Product Type and Age Grade (intended age product is designed for) so only the related packages are to be shown on the Preview Window section.
2. The Preview Window is used to observe and select the most suitable package for you.
3. Click on View Details to see what type of testing are performed for that package. If you have additional color for your product to be tested, click Yes box next to Additional Color (this only applies for Chemical test).
4. Click the Select button of the desired package and Location Page will pop up on screen. Choose the lab location that you want the tests to be performed. (Different locations have different prices and you are responsible for sample shipping charges)

Testing Services - Individual Items
Individual Test Items allow its users to select specific tests.

Inspection Services

Step 1. Find your product 1. The Page Manager is used to select the category of your product. 2. The Preview Window will show related product types for you to
choose according to the selected category. 3. Click on Inspection Details button of your product and a

Step 2. Inspection Details Fill out the required fields 1. Country/State/Location: Select the location of the factory where
the inspection will be performed. 2. Inspection Levels
Level I: Less Samples is inspected. Recommended if the supplier has passed the previous inspection. Level II: Normal sample size. This is the most commonly-used inspection level for quality control inspection. Level III: Largest sample size out the three inspection levels. Stricter inspection allows for less risk of accepting defects. Recommended if your product recently had quality problems.
3. Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL) AQL is the worst tolerable process average (mean) in percentage or ratio that is still considered acceptable; that is, it is at an acceptable quality level.

Request Form
1. Testing Services: Double check your Applicant Details and Lab Location on the top of the page. Fill out the Test Request Information Form: sample description, number of samples and the name of Buyer/Agent. You can upload the sample image of your product but is not required. When all the required fields are completed, press button.
2. Inspection Services: Double check your Applicant Details and Factory Location on top of the page. Fill out the Inspection Booking Form; Company Information, Vendor Company information, and inspection location. Check “Same as Register” box if they are same as your previous inputs. You can upload any relevant documents but is not required. When all the required fields are completed, press button.

Review Orders
Check the I agree Box
1. Check your orders and the total amount.
2. Read the MTS Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions. Please scroll down the terms & conditions to enable and check the “I Agree Box”.
3. Click on button to go to the payment page.

Payment
Payment will be made through PayPal. PayPal payment system accepts Discover, American Express,
Master Card and Visa. Fill in your credit card information and its Billing Address.
Then click to finalize your services with MTS.
Order confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered
e-mail address.

Track your orders online
The button is available on the top left corner of every page on Ecommerce Platform. Once your service order has been set up with MTS, you can track your orders through your mobile, desktop or tablet.
Use this search criteria to find your report.
Enter the “Date From” and “Date To” and click on search button.
Corresponding information will be displayed.
