In 2009, BRC(GB)Ltd became the authorised distributor for BRC Gas Equipment,

providing the UK with CNG refuelling systems for the domestic home, small to

medium businesses and large scale fleet and public transport.

In the early 2000s, BRC Gas Equipment

began their operations in the

development and production of CNG

compressors.

Under the BRC Compressors trademark the

first units were produced and trading

began, planned and manufactured at

BRC’s facilities in Cherasco.

Thanks to the insight of the BRC

management, the product met with

immediate success due to its high quality standards and performances.

BRC’s Compression systems offer the best in terms of safety, efficiency, reliability and easy

maintenance; they assure low noise level, low operating costs and reduced dimension.

BRC Compressors

BRC Compressors produce mechanical and hydraulic

compressor units, cabins, dispensers, storage, management

systems and chiller units.

Using the most advanced design and build tools, BRC

compressors are designed and built at BRC’s technical

offices and manufacturing plants ensuring that the every

stage of the process is overseen and the highest levels of

quality are met.

BRC Fuelmaker

In 2009, following the acquisition of

FuelMaker corporation in Toronto,

production moved to BRC’s HQ and a

new trademark, BRC FuelMaker, was

launched.

BRC FuelMaker dominated the market

with their natural gas fuelling

appliances, Phill and FMQ.

The appliances allow for refuelling at

the home and workplace, conveniently sized and easy to install, they can be connected

to the domestic gas pipeline and power supply.

BRC’s home refuelling appliances are planned and manufactured according to the most

strict of international safety standard and are certified ISO 9001. PHILL has gas leak

detector sensors and, together with FMQ 2.5/10 pressure control and monitoring systems

that stop the compressor working in case of abnormality.

FMQ 10 is a solution for larger company refuelling needs.

It can be easily used to refuel more vehicles at the same

time or working vehicles with high operating range.

FMQ 10 can be installed together with a storage system

in order to speed up refuelling operation time.

FMQ 2.5 is the CNG refuelling application for one or more vehicles. As

with the Phill unit, the FMQ can be operated indoors or outdoors.

FuelMaker - Phill Unit The Phill units offer great flexibility in their installation. Due to their

compact size, they require little space and can be positioned in the most

convenient location (inside or outdoors) to refuel the vehicle whilst it is

parked.

A row or bank of Phill units can be installed for multiple vehicle refuelling.

Phill Appliance - Operation

Once parked, the far reaching, tear resistant refuelling pipe connects to the fill valve and

locks into place. The start button on the simple, easy to use control panel is pressed and

the vehicle will safely refuel unattended.
