Three Heart Thoughts For You
Your heart is the center of your power. I have learned that you can create easily and effortlessly when you let your thoughts come from the loving space of your heart. Let’s affirm: I claim my power now. Life is always there for me. Here are three Heart Thoughts I’d like to share with you today:
1. I Am Free to Be Me.
Don’t swallow your anger and have it settle in your body. When you get upset, give
yourself a physical release. There are several methods you can use to release these
feelings in positive ways. You can scream in the car with the windows closed. You
can beat your bed or kick pillows. You can make noise and say all the things you
want to say. You can scream into a pillow. You can run around a track, or play a
game like tennis to release the energy. Beat the bed or kick pillows at least once a
week, whether you feel angry or not . . . just to release those physical tensions you
store in your body!
2. I Create Wonderful New Beliefs about Myself .

Ecclesiastes 4: 9-10 ―Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of
them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.‖

I’m sure all of us are aware of the importance of relationships. Our friendships and family relationships are so important to us. It’s
good to know that someone is walking with you through life. In the happy times, it is nice to have someone with whom to celebrate.
Shared joy has double the happiness.
In difficult times it is nice to have someone to hold your hand and pray with you; even to cry with you. Shared sorrow has less power.
Let us then therefore thank God for the people in our lives who share our joys and our sorrows. Then thank them for their care. Re-
member that we can be the person who does that for others. Let us open our hearts wide enough to share someone else’s joy and
sorry. Let them be sure of our presence. Anyways, HAPPY HEARTS DAY!
― It gives joy to share one’s love and care to others.‖ Dale Ramsey

3 heart thoughts ... by Louise Hay
These are some of the beliefs that can really help you in your life if you think or say them every day: I am always safe. Everything I need to know is revealed to me. Everything I need comes to me in the perfect time/space sequence. Life is a joy and filled with love. I prosper wherever I turn. I am willing to change and to grow. All is well in my world.
3. It’s Only a Thought and a Thought Can Be Changed
How many times have you refused to think a positive thought about yourself? Well, you can refuse to think negative thoughts about your-self, too. People say, “I can’t stop thinking a thought.” Yes, you can!
You have to make up your mind that it’s what you’re going to do.
You don’t have to fight your thoughts when you want to change
things. When that negative voice comes up, you can say, “Thank
you for sharing, and I’m choosing to do something else. I don’t want
to buy into that anymore, I want to create another way of thinking.”
Don’t fight your thoughts. Acknowledge them and go beyond them.
