    1 Firmly establish that money is not speech, and thathuman beings, not corporations, are personsentitledto constitutional rights.

    2 Guarantee the right to vote and to participate, and tohave our votes and participation count.

    3 Protect local communities, their economies, anddemocracies against illegitimate preemptionactionsby global, national, and state governments.
