P&C News

Our P & C Association will be running the Canteen this year at the Small Schools’ Sports Carnival next Wednesday 20th June at Alroy Oval. We need lots of volunteers to man the canteen from 9.00am to about 2.30pm, so if you can spare an hour of the day, please fill in the bottom of the permission note sent home from school on Tuesday. Alternatively, phone or message or email Carmen Shoemark on 0420 314 176 or [email protected].

We will also need some home cooking to sell on the day so if you can bring some biscuits, slice or cakes, let Carmen know and bring it along to the Sports Carnival by 9.00am.

This day should be a great fundraiser for the P&C so please lend a hand if you can!

School Banking

School Banking will be collected

and banked next Tuesday 19th June NOT

Wednesday due to the Small Schools Athletics

Carnival. Thank you for your co-operation.

Whole School Excursion

Glenrock National Park On Wednesday 27th June the whole school (Kindergarten to year 6) is going to Newcastle for the day, to visit a National Park and explore and appreciate traditional and contemporary Aboriginal culture with Aboriginal Discovery rangers. The cost of the excursion for the children is being met by the school. There will be some places on the buses for parents who wish to attend, for the cost of $15. Please see the permission note, to be sent home after the Athletics Carnival next Wednesday.

Congratulations to the Merit Award

and Citizenship winners.
