Page 2: MT LES NIV11 3 4 OT2 Layout 1 Book for Set 2.pdf · Lesson by Lesson, Ready to Print (PDF) Christ-Light. Children benefit from learning memory work. They take the memorized Scripture

Children benefit from learning memory work. They take the memorized Scripture passages, hymn stanzas, andcatechism sections with them for the rest of their lives.

For that reason, teachers are encouraged to plan the use of the memory treasure files on this CD.

You may decide to create your own memory treasure booklet for each set of lessons or for an entire year. Oryou may decide to hand out individual memory treasure sheets at the end of each class period.

The parent-child connection is an important emphasis of the Christ-Light curriculum. Whether you preparebooklets or individual memory treasure sheets, sending them home with the students promotes thatconnection.

Memory treasure audio CDs are also available:Memory Treasures: HymnsMemory Treasures: Passages

Each is available in two versions: a teaching CD with vocals or accompaniment alone and a take-along CDfor home use.

These CDs present the truths expressed in the hymns and the Bible passages through music. Because manychildren find it easier to memorize hymns and Bible passages when they sing along, the audio CDs are greattools to aid in memorization.
