REGULATIONS, 2010 (GOVERNMENT NOTICE R. 547): ADOPTION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

FRAMEWORK FOR THE MSUNDUZI MUNICIPALITY

I, Michael Mabuyakhulu, Member of the KwaZulu -Natal Executive Council responsible for Economic Development, Tourism

and Environmental Affairs, by virtue of the powers vested in me in terms of section 24(2) and (3) of the National

Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), read with regulation 5(4) of the Environmental Management

Framework Regulations, 2010 (Government Notice No. R. 547), hereby give notice -

(1) of the Environmental Management Framework for the Msunduzi Municipality. which has been adopted in terms of

subregulations 3(1) and 5(1) of the Environmental Management Framework Regulations, 2010 (Government Notice

No. R. 547); and

(2) that the Environmental Management Framework for the Msunduzi Municipality , contemplated in subparagraph (1),

can be accessed for viewing as follows:
