Ctrl-C - copy Ctrl-V - paste Ctrl-X - cut Ctrl-A – select all Ctrl-S – save Ctrl–W – close file Alt-F4 – close program

Ctrl-Z – undo (works even when the edit/undo is unavailable)

Ctrl-Y – redo Ctrl-F – find Alt+Tab – switches between

open applications. Hold down tab to choose and tab to desired file. Just click Alt + Tab to switch back and forth between most recent files.
