Instruction to fill Online Registration of Capital Investment of Subsidy

Time frame & Eligibility for Filling Capital Investment Subsidy Before apply for the Capital Investment Subsidy the Industrial unit has to Satisfy two conditions.

Eligible Industrial unit shall fill his Application form, within six months from the date of starting commercial production.

Industrial unit should started commercial production within two years from the day of starting first fixed capita investment subsidy shall be entitled for Capital Investment Subsidy.

Application received after the due date /incomplete in any respect shall be liable to Be summarily rejected. Copies of Documents to be attached with the application shall be self-attested by Proprietor/Managing

Partner /Managing Director/Authorized Signatory.

Keep ready those below Scanned Copy of document in PDF format to upload future. File size must not

exceed than 1mb.

Entrepreneurs Memorandum-I / Entrepreneurs Memorandum-II. Power of Attorney / Board Resolution / Society Resolution, as applicable, while Signing as Partner /

Managing, Director / Authorized person. Certificate from competent authority as SC, ST, PH, and Technical (Degree / Diploma holding) and

documents in Support of having share capital of not Less than 51% as SC, ST, PH, Women and Technical (Degree / Diploma Holding) Entrepreneurs.(optional)

Certificate of registration under Indian Partnership Act1932 / Societies Registration Act-1860 / Certificate of Incorporation (Memorandum of association & Article of Association) under Company Act-1956.

Affidavit on non-ailment of subsidy earlier on this project as per clause-5.3 /11.9.1. Document in support of date of commercial production. Sanction order(s) of the Term Loan.(optional).

Land document Title Deed / Sale Deed Document in support of market value of land assessed by Tahasildar as per clause-11.1.1.

Copy of Registered Lease Deed in support of land / land & building / building where the lease period is for 10 / 30years or more.

Status of Term loan A/c issued by Financial Institution(s).(optional) VAT clearance Certificate. Consent to operate issued by State Pollution Control Board, Orissa.

Authorize signatory (Must be in jpeg, Png format and must not exceed than 300kb).

Physically submit the following documents

Physically submit the following documents at GM-DIC/RIC office with duly sign.

Document in support of IDCO shed. (optional) Approved plan for civil construction. Copies of bills, vouchers, etc. signed by the entrepreneur / authorized person in support of Plant

Machinery, Balancing equipment, Electrification & Installation, Loading, unloading, transportation, duties, tax, Inc.

Approved DPR / Project Profile. Certificate(s) from the competent authority against the fixed assets-Balancing equipment. Any other documents suggested by DIC / OSFC / FI. (optional)

To Apply Subsidy a user must have a valid User-Id and Password to login.

Go to the website www.msmeodisha.gov.in

Click on e-MSME SEVA

It will be redirect to the eMSME Seva landing page.

Click on Click here for Login.

It will be redirect to the Login page.

Give the user id and password and click on Log In.

It will be redirect to Entrepreneur Dashboard.

Click on apply for Subsidy it will redirect to Subsidy Negative list page.

If Industry is not coming Under the Negative List Then Click on Yes else Click on No.

By Clicking on Yes it will redirect to the CIS Eligible Check.

Please choose appropriate condition on CIS ELEGIBLE CHECK and click on submitt it will redirect to the (Appplicant

detail form).

Click on Apply, it will redirect to the CIS Application Form. Read carefully all relevant fields in CIS Application form

and Fill the Application form.

CIS Application Form

After fill-up the entire relevant field in CIS Application form click on SAVE AND CONTINUE.

In the above form (21.g) if you Choose Type of Building-> Fly ash

It will redirect to the Electrical Document Page.

Or if you Choose Type of Building-> Non Fly Ash

It will redirect to the (Civil Construction form).

Fill all the details of Civil Construction then click on below Submit it will redirect to the

Electrical Document Form.

Electrical Document Form

Click on Click here for Print on above form. A new Popup window will open like below.

Take a printout fill the form and Upload in the Above Electrical document Page.

Click on Proceed in Electrical document form it will redirect to the (Document Upload Form).

It is mandatory to upload the entire document.

By default some dropdown value were selected it is fix and mandatory.

Please select other dropdown value and upload that document.

After upload the entire document click on save and continue it will redirect to the Undertaking Form.

UNDERTAKING BY THE APPLICANT

Read all the information and click on Accept and Save. It will redirect to the CIS Report Page as below.

After successfully Apply the Application form Applicant could check his Subsidy status to click on CIS STATUS under

Status on Subsidy of Entrepreneur Dashboard.

Click on CIS STATUS it will redirect to the Entrepreneur Status form.
