“MSEP has made it possible for me to attend a university that caters to my major of choice. The state I’m from does not offer the major I’m pursuing. (Without MSEP) I would not be able to afford college.”

WHY ARE YOU WAITING? START SAVING TODAY!
WHAT IS THE MSEP?The Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP) is a tuition reduction program that makes attending out-of-state colleges and universities more affordable for non-resident students. By enrolling in MSEP at a participating institution, you will receive a reduced tuition rate—giving you a wider range of education options for your education dollars. Over one hundred colleges and universities in Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, and Wisconsin have opened their doors to each others’ citizens by offering REDUCED TUITION RATES.
HOW DOES IT WORK?Through the MSEP, public institutions agree to charge students NO MORE THAN 150% of the in-state resident tuition rate and private institutions offer a 10% REDUCTION on their tuition rates. Institutions may limit MSEP to specific programs or degree levels. You must enroll as a non-resident student at a participating MSEP campus to receive the discount. Actual savings throughout the program will vary from institution to institution depending upon the tuition rates. IT’S ALMOST LIKE GETTING FREE MONEY.
