• Normal study progress = 30 ECTS credits/ semester

• Courses have a yearly cycle• Make a plan in advance for the next

1-2 semesters• Try to pass the required modules from

the FoS the soonest possible• Choose from all categories each

• A normal study progress results in approximately 30 Credits per Semester

• Minimum requirements are:

• pass at least one required module in the first year

• Do not fall more than 60 Credits “behind schedule”

• The requirement for “Basic German” will not be observed• The elective module catalogues have changed more modules with 6 ECTS• The required modules of Field of Study 11 (Water Energy Food Nexus) have

integrated Land and Water Management2. Urban Water Food Energy Nexus Ethics in Science and Technology are

no longer a required module for FPSO 20211 (but still for FPSO 20161)

International Mobility

For students of Environmental Engineering at TUM

• ERASMUS and other exchange semesters

• Electives: up to 30 Credits from a foreign university can be recognized

if the study-plan was co-ordinated in advance with a Mentor

• Required electives: recognition is undertaken by the

respective professor at TUM on the basis of a module description

• 1:1 Programme with DTU Copenhagen

• Studies: 1 year in Munich, 1 year in Copenhagen

• Application until November the 15th for the following winter term

• Double Degree Programmes (KTH, EPFL,…)

• Application until January 15th for the following academic year
