Electrical Heating Mantles.Heating Mantles are available in standard construction from 50ml to 200 liters. These mantels are used for non hazardous safe areas. Mantels are designed to cover flasks at the equator and to heat the flask uniformly.These can be used to heat liquids up to 300° C .Heating elements are perfectly insulated by glass sleeving & ceramic beads.Heating mantels are lagged glass wool insulation with maximum thickness to achieve high efficiency. Temperature control unit is provided in a projecting unit with switches , pilot lamps etc.We manufacture all the heating mantles keeping the Borosil Flask as the standard size flask. We also Provide Heating Mantles with Digital controller cum Indicator for the Accurate Temperature of the Chemical.

Flame Proof Heating Mantles.
General construction of Flame Proof Glands are screwed into
the terminal box. The construction of FLP-WP
Heating Mantle is similar to normal heating mantle but
difference is in construction of heating elements. Heating elements is Flame Proof by covering it in magnesium
oxide powder and anti corrosive S.S. Tubing.
The heating element sheet is earth through junction box so
that no sparking or short circuit is possible, even in the

Heater terminals terminating in FLP- WP junction box. The construction heating elements, terminating system shown in figureFigure 1. Metal sheeted heating element produces uniform black heat. Fiberglass cloth is used to cover the heating element, ceramic insulating blanket, refractory insulator, glass wool etc is used for-insulation purpose.

All electrical controls , switches, indicating lamps etc fitted in FLP-WP switch enclosure. light weight LM-6 grade aluminum casting used for outer body of switch enclosure , cold junction box, thermostat regulator housing etc. FLP-WP switch enclosure mounted on body of heating mantle. Thick gauge m. s. sheet used for outer body of heating mantle and paint with decent industrial paint.

Theses jackets are used for processing kettle, storage tank, drums etc; it can heat liquids up to 300° C The heating elements of the jackets is perfectly insulated by glass sleeving. Fiber glass cloth is used for heating surface. Thick gauge M S sheet is used for outer casing, heating jacket is lagged with glass wool insulation with maximum thickness to achieve high efficiency.
A separate temperature control unit is provided with temperature control regulators switches , pilot lamps etc. Electric heating jackets are tailor made as per requirement. Total Heating requirement is calculated on the basis of information provided by the client. Information such as Total Capacity of the Vessel, Type of Material, Specific Heat of the same Etc.

These are used to maintain temperature of liquids Heating Tapes flowing through pipelines.
These are suitable for MS or SS pipelines Glass condenser column etc.
It is suitable for working temperature up to 250° C
Separate Control Panel ( Wall Mounting ) is provided with the Tape to control the Temperature also a digital controller is provided with the tape to achieve accurate temperature.

Extraction and Kjeldal Apparatus. for research Laboratories This type of apparatus consists of number of independent heating mantles of multiple sizes flasks 50 ML, 100 ML, etc.The heating mantle has individual on / off switch and pilot lamp. Energy regulator is provided for temperature control. Outer casing is made of mild steel; glass wool is used for the insulation. It is painted in nice industrial paint finish.

Electrical Hot Plate is also available with the Digital controller. This comes with digital indicator cum controller, dual display, for better accuracy and control for the chemical temperature. This hot plate is fitted with digital controller which shows the actual and the set temperature at a same time.

Electric Drum Heater / Flame Proof Drum Heater
Electric Drum Heater is used to melt material with in the drum, and then can be extracted or removed from the Standard Drum of 200 Kg. Available for the standard size 200kg. MS Drum. Working Temperature of the Drum Heater is 150°c Max. It is also available in two types which is Flame proof and Non-Flame Proof Drum Heater.
Standard Electric Drum Heater is fitted with two types heaters, side heaters and bottom heaters. As it can be seen in the Picture, two side heaters are provided which cover the Drum from both sides and the bottom heater on which the drum is placed.

FLP control panel is provided separately from the unit, it is fitted with the digital control for the accurate temperature control. This comes with the separate Electrical Switches for each Heater that is side heaters & bottom Heater.
Drum Heater where the entire drum can be inserted and the Semi solid material can be liquefied.
Technical Details.
Electrical Drum Heater has wattage of 9 Kw. total, where in the bottom heater is of 2 Kw. And the Side heaters are of 3.5 Kw. Each.
It is three phase equipment with voltage of 440 V. But it can be manufactured for 110 V as well.
Electrical Oil / Water Bath.
Oil Baths are available in round and rectangular shape for laboratories, for 20,50,100, 200 Liter Capacity Glass Flask. Thermic Oil is used as the medium of heat transfer, where heating is done through the Electric Heaters. Separate Digital Indicator cum controller is provided on the body itself. Separate digital controller can also be provided as per the need of the Customers be.

Technical Details.Technical Specification :-• Heaters are made Flame Proof by
covering the Heating Elements by S.S. Tube insulated with the M. G. O, Powder.
• Flame Proof Material submersible heaters are Provided to the Oil Bath.
• S.S. Cooling Coil is Attached to the Bath for the faster cooling of the Material in the Bath.
• Cooling coil is Tested at the 2 Kg/Sq. Inch pressure.
• PTR 100 Ohms Sensor is provided with the digital controller to measure the Temperature.
• Digital controller saves the energy that is needed for the heating a particular chemical as it provides accurate control and avoids overheating of material.
