Pretend to write in the mud! You can do this a few ways. 1. Put dirt in a plastic resealable bag. Add a little water to makemud and close the bag. Lay the bag down and have your child useone �nger to draw. 2. Mix soil and water to create a batch of mud paint outside. Use apaint brush and paper or let your child write on the pavement. 3. Get chocolate pudding mix and mix it in a shallow pan. Yourchild can use one �nger to write in the chocolate pudding "mud".

Write lines, shapes, letters, numbers, their name, or the word ofthe week in the "mud".
