NICK & GATSBY

Gatsby takes Nick to lunch in New York City. Gatsby gets pulled over, shows the policeman a

white card and the police man lets him go. Gatsby introduces Nick to Meyer Wolfshiem. Meyer Wolfshiem threw the World Series in

1919. Nick becomes weary about Gatsby and his wealth, think he might have gotten his wealth

from crime.

LUNCH

Nick meets up with Jordan.

Jordan explains her conversation with Gatsby at the party.

She states:

~Gatsby loves Daisy.

~During WWI gatsby and Daisy met.

~She fell in love but when gatsby left for war she married Tom.

~Daisy had to make herself drunk the night before to go on with the marriage.

~Gatsby wants Nick to set up a date for Gatsby and her to meet.

AFTER LUNCH

The green light at the end of Daisy’s dock.
