Standard Seven Reflection This standard has been ongoing with my placement and internship. I have required to read many documents regarding policies and responsibilities whilst at my placement school and will need to follow this further in beginning with a new school in 2019. Throughout Term 3 I organised a Pre Primary excursion to Caves House. This was an owners task involving initial liaison with the other Pre Primary staff to decided mutually on a location and action plan for the excursion. I have also had to seek permission from the administration team and complete any forms and legal requirements for taking students off the school campus. This excursion also involved booking a bus, and directly writing to Caves House owners to request our visit and activities to be included. The owners and I developed a very good rapport and they were eager and excited to have our schools pre primary students visit.
