Objective of SVEEP

SVEEP is a Systematic planning and process to motivate each component of the society, which gives stronger and mature democracy in all means.

The ‘brain storming session’ of all the officers in the district was taken at the Collector Office and as the outcome of these meetings many innovative ideas were generated and implemented successfully.

INNOVATIVE ACTIONS

Matadar Mitra • Ex Service Men had proved their commitment towards nation.• Motivated to them to work as Matadar Mitra.• To inspire them to participate in the electoral process.

RUN FOR VOTE - Mini Marathon • Approximate 4000 Citizens &Students were participated.• Age groups – Below 14, 14 to 35, 35 to 60• Above 65 years Senior Citizen requested to allow them to participate.

EPIC Distribution to Trans Gender• We tried to Convince trans gender to Enroll their Name• They have given EPIC in National Voters Day• They have taken Voters Pledge.• It was an exceptional meeting of the trans gender along with all electors.

Stickers with Slogans • Around 10000 Stickers of slogans had pasted on Two & four

wheelers.• DEO had been pasted the sticker on his Official car and

started this programme• All Govt., Simi Govt. & Private Vehicles had been pasted such

sticker.Indian Medical Association• We appeal IMA (Indian Medical Association) to aware people

for Voting with display of Slogans in their waiting rooms & on Prescriptions.

Cycle Rikshaw• Cycle rikshaw can move easily through narrow places.• Helpful to cover slums, red light area, locality besides railway lines. • Audio cassette with patriotic songs & appeal for ethical voting had

been played• It saves fuel and no pollution.

INNOVATIVE ACTIONS

Training of Teachers (Sankalp Patra)• Teacher Children Parents • Training of Teachers have been conducted. Explained Our commitment

to stronger democracy. Through children awareness programme can successful

Bharat Nirman• Bharat Nirman Abhiyan had used to aware Electors for ethical

Voting• Temporary Voters Help center had created.• Demo of EVM’s• Lok Natya had been taken place.Pathnatya/ Lok Natya .• Pathnatyas had taken place by Women, Students, NGO’s & Mandals• Street plays at crowded places as Weekly Bazar, Religious Days,

Collages, Slums, Societies, At Exhibitions, Jatra.
