On June 02, 1955, the sun rose and Janie Lynn Robinson was Born to the Late Mr, James Robinson & Mrs. Millie Mae Robinson. The sun set on her life ©Thursday December 28, 2006 at University Hospital.

At an early age, she received Christ and was baptized at Qood Shepard Baptist Church, inftugusta, Qeorgia.

Janie, affectionately known as "Jalyn" received her formal education in the Richmond County School System and graduated from Lucy C. Laney ttigh SchooL She went on to graduate from Augusta technical College and Phillips Junior College. Janie worked for years as a receptionist prior to retirement.
