History MOHLODING RESOURCE AND DEVELOPMENT is born out an idea prompted by gaps that we identified specifically in the area of infrastructure development projects, projects like: bulk water supply, housing / building infrastructure and road surfacing (paving) just to mention but a few. Eminent to the whole interest was the identification of un utilized quarries which were under the custodianship of the Mohokare Local Municipality. Upon approaching and tendering our request to resuscitate the quarry operation through the municipal council we were granted the permit to utilize under the auspice of job creation and enterprise development. On our launching point on our top flight will be products like Kerbs, which will make our operation so unique as successfully, manufactured. The machine section, cover slabs and lids will be spontaneously implemented based on our implementation plan. In line with our pipe and culvert production will be a drive to have all our products to regulated and certified according to the bureau of standards. We will arrange A SABS visit and inspection to be conducted regarding our range of pipes and culverts. On a 3 yearly audit and inspection tests will be conducted as by the SABS regulation. MOHLODING RESOURCE AND DEVELOPMENT will pursue with keen interest in order to be awarded and granted Permit for certified pipes and culverts. During this period the Quality Procedure, Policies and Forms were reviewed twice for better compliance thereof. Background MOHLODING RESOURCE AND DEVELOPMENT has a key staff component with necessary experience and hands on training is conducted as part of a continuous and ongoing program. Managing Director (Mr Luvuyo Dennis Belle) The Managing Director has over 10 years experience in the area of enterprise development as has registered an run a Creative Design Agency (Imbutho Designs). The weight he’s bringing to the fore includes the ability to identify the niche in the market and also industrial intelligence as identified by the need to establish a black owned role payer in the otherwise less transformed industry. Director (Ms Vuyisa Mrabalala) Passionate young and talented young lady, currently expanding her intellectual equipment at Tshwane Metro University of Technology. State of the art manufacturing equipment

MOHLODING RESOURCE AND DEVELOPMENT pavers will be manufactured exclusively on Hess Machines and SR Schindler machines used for beneficiated finishes. These companies form part of the “Top Werk” group, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of precast concrete equipment. The weak South African Rand makes it more expensive to invest in this equipment but we strongly believe that the accuracy of these machines as well as their up to date technology produces a product, which is vastly superior to the average cheaper alternatives. Many of our dry cast pavers are much larger than traditional South African paving bricks. Wet cast concrete manufacturers have traditionally been known for the production of large “flagstones”, which could be viewed as similar in size to MOHLODING RESOURCE AND DEVELOPMENT large pavers. However dry cast slabs offer the following advantages over traditional wet cast flagstones. Guaranteed to be dimensionally more accurate than wet cast flagstones. Our Establishment MOHLODING RESOURCE AND DEVELOPMENT was founded in Zastron, Free State (Itumeleng Quarry) and will be operating from the same premises both for excavation and processing.
