The Margaret River Chamber of Commerce & Industry Inc. was established over 15 years ago and continues to pride itself in representing the business community with a strong and well-informed voice. Members will be receiving the most comprehensive Chamber of Commerce and Industry membership around, with plans including between 1,825 – 147,825 Wi-Fi display advertisements per year at a rate of $0.18 per advertisement, with the added service of advertisement creation by the MRCCI.

The MRCCI also guarantees complete Wi-Fi marketing campaign transparency through member access to monthly Display Advertisement reports.

The MRCCI believes that as the traditional media channels are largely funded by the local business community, the MRCCI membership-driven funding of the Wi-Fi zone is in line with conventional business models. Local directory + Newspapers + Televsion + Wi-Fi.

The Wi-Fi Network Project gives members the advantage of providing special incentives and offers for Wi-Fi users, locals and visitors via Display Ads on the Wi-Fi portal. MRCCI will manage it all for you.

All members will also be provided with shop front Wi-Fi stickers to generate extra walk-in business on a daily basis.

Network project is an innovative and highly effective way in

promoting the region where it will be a showcase for other regions to adapt and follow.

As a member of the MRCCI you have the right to voice your opinions about regional and

local business issues. You can vote in annual GM’s and have the opportunity to join the executive

committee.

The Answer: Free. Public. Wi-Fi.The scope of the MRCCI next-generation Wi-Fi Network project is a first-of-its-kind and the MRCCI wants the Margaret River region to benefit from being the leading innovators of

this initiative.

As the MRCCI is a not-for-profit association that is purely membership-driven, a ‘crowd-funding model’ is being used to raise the necessary $300,000 required for the

network to be implemented.

Crowd-funding is a model that allows businesses and individuals to express their interest in the project by pre-ordering MRCCI membership plans which have been tailored to

include Wi-Fi specific advertising benefits.

Pre-ordering of memberships is the best way for local businesses to take advantage of the established digital marketing benefits launching in August 2014 whilst supporting a

fantastic and rewarding initiative for the entire Margaret River region.

Your credit card will be billed immediately for a $50 Pre-Order Fee. On 1 July, 2014 as per the membership plan option selected below, your account will be invoiced for the balance of your membership plan.

Billing of any plan above Bronze level will only occur if the MRCCI Wi-Fi Network project funding targets are reached. If targets are not met, you agree that your business / organisation membership pre-order will be automatically billed for a Bronze membership level at $330 p.a. (Incl. GST) with all MRCCI Wi-Fi Network advertising obligations postponed until such time as the MRCCI Wi-Fi Network is fully funded and operational.
