• 3rd Period – 2 glue sticks
• 4th Period – 2 hand-held pencil sharpeners
• 5th Period – 1 pack of colored pencils

Responsibilities of the Student
• Keep an assignment book/planner
• Keep up your Interactive Notebook (INB) with all things done in class
– Keep an up-to-date Table of Contents
• Make-up work or notes that you miss
• CONSISTENTLY check the class website
• Come to tutoring if you want or need clarification on notes/work

Late Work Policy• If you do not turn in an
assignment, a “0” will be
put into the grade book
until it is turned in.
• If you are absent, an “0”
will be put in the grade
book until the assignment is
turned in.
• Parents notification will be made after the 2nd
zero in the grade book, or if a pattern of late work is occurring.
Test Days
• Days of the week when
tests occur may change
throughout the year
• Talking during a quiz or
test, copying another
student’s work or
allowing someone to copy
work will result in a “0”
and an office referral will
be written
