Manson’s History1948-1967

-At the age of 14 Manson had ran away and escaped schools and a juvenile center in Indianapolis.

-He had escaped the Indiana schools 18 times.

-When to a camp in Virginia and moved into 2 different place and ended up in Federal Reformatory-He was married to Rosalie Willis.-He stole a car drove to Florida.

-He had spend a couple of years in probation, in Terminal Island, tried escape.-In 1959 he was arrested for trying to cash forged U.S. Treasury check for 37.50 in L.A.-He married Leona-He asked permission to go to San Francisco -In 1967 The Manson family lived in Cole St. San Francisco

-Charles Manson evangelized that there would

be a race war.

-With blacks and whites, his interpretation of some

songs.

-The Manson family started out with drug use and

sexuality. They spent time in the Family bus.

The Manson Family gathered in Death Valley , Manson was obsessed with The Beatles and he said that band had subtle messages in their songs.

They wanted to do their own album of songs with messages that predicted chaos like the ones The Beatles did. They would kill people, they said it was a war between Blacks and Whites.

-An Apocalypse would happen according to Manson’s translation of some words in their song “Helter Skelter”

They believed this was a signal that showed

Helter Skelter.

the Black Panthers. But Crowe wasn’t a Black

Hinman’s Murder July 25, 1969

Manson sent Bobby Beausoleil along with Mary Brunner and Susan Atkins to the home of Gary Hinman. To tell him to give Manson money that he thought Hinman had inherited.

The 3 held Hinman

as a hostage for 2

days, Manson

should up and

slashed Himan on

the ear. Then

Beausoleil stabbed

him to death.

Manson then told them to use

Hinman’s blood to write “Political

piggy” and draw a panther paw on the wall, a symbol used

by the Black Panther.

Watson began to tie Sharon Tate and Sebring together around their neck.Sebring protested that to leave Sharon alone because she was pregnant.

Tate and he was slab 7 times.

Atkins stabbed at Sebring’s legs with the knife with which she had been guarding him. As he fought his way toward and out the front door, onto the porch, Watson joined in against him. Watson struck him over the head with the gun multiple times, stabbed

him repeatedly, and shot him twice.

Kasabian heard all the noise of the stabbing and shooting. To try and stop them she told Atkins falsely that someone was coming.

Abigail FolgerShe had escaped to threw a room and to the pool area,

pursued to the front lawn by Krenwinkel.

She stabbed her and finally caught her. Then Watson dispatcher her, she was

stabbed 28 times.

As Frykowski was

going across the

lawn, Watson

murdered him with

a furry of 51 stabs.

Tate was still in the house begged to let her live for her baby that still wasn’t born.

She was stabbed 16 times, according to

Watson when she was dying she cried

“Mother…mother…”

Manson had said to them “leave a

sign... something witchy”

Atkins wrote on the “Death to Pigs”

Pigs was wrote because Manson believe that one of The Beatles songs “Piggies.” This terms was used by Panthers, and they wanted to trick cops in making

them believe it was them.

LaBianca MurderThe night after Tate’s murder Leslie Van Houten, Steven Grogan, and the 4 others when out with Manson, he would show them how to do it. They arrived in 3301 Waverly Drive, in Los Feliz.

It was home to Leno and Rosemary

LaBianca, they entered the home.

They were both stabbed to death.

Mrs. LaBianca was stabbed 41 times. Mr. LaBianca had

14 punctured wounds stab with a fork, they spelled

out “war.”

They wrote on the walls “Rise”

And “Death to Pigs” As well as

“Healter Skelter”

Where Is The Manson Family Now?

Charles Manson was denied patrol for the 12th time.

Van Houten was denied patrol for the 17th time.Sharon Tate’s sister Debra got about 60

letters from Van Houten asking about the patrol.
