This Memorandum of Understanding ,s proposed in order to establish a teaching lab facility using Analoc Kits at Maharaj a Institute of Technology, Mysore

Through this Memorandum of Agreement, the two parties agree to the folJo\\ l!lg.

(a) A steering committee will be set up to monitor the actl\"llles of the MoU The comrruttce will consist of the Mr.Gurpreet Singh of M/s EdGate Technologies PYt Limited and Dr. Mahesh Rao, HOD ECE of Maharaj a Institute of Technology, Mysore With mutual consent., the stecnng conuruttcc can be expanded to include more members from the two msututions. TI1e steering committee will be Lhe supreme bod~ as far the 1mplcmcnt.ation of the act1nt1cs of the MoU, the contl!luation of the MoU. and tem1mauon of the MoU arc concerned.

(c) Curriculum The College will explore wavs lo introduce a lab based courses using Texas Instruments Tl Platforms in their undernraduate /post graduate engmecring curriculum.

(d) Facultv Development Program Under University Program EdGate Technologies and Tl \\l ll organ11.c at least one faculty development program at the prenuses of the college to help the faculty members in teaching Analog Platform using Analog kit. Tht> college wil l provide the infrastructure and other focdi ues lo conduct event successfully

Internship, tra ining, skill development and has strength in development and deliver{Etc. The

company and the Institutions have had various discussions and have agreed for this MOU to

the internship requirements of the students of the institut ion .

Whereas the Company is a premier professional society, devoted to the advancement of

Science and Technology in --- --- Engineering disciplines, has agreed for this mutual association.

In case either of the party wish to terminate the MOU they may give a notice period of

six months in advance which shall meet the obligations for the current group of interns,

if any, undergoing the training.

Role of the INSTITUTION

• The INSTITUTION shall treat COMPANY as a training partner for joint activities for

mutual

benefits.

• The INSTITUTION shall provide a workable space/ room with basic amenities for the

• The COMPANY shall utilize its strength to align INTERNSHIP to students with various

skill

development programmes and initiatives to meet the objectives as per the VTU

_guidelines. It shall accordingly design and deliver various programmes within the overall scope

of MOU.

• The quality delivery is the responsibility ofThe COMPANY and The COMPANY would ~ -=-·-:- facilitate the requ ired manpower and the faculty as per the requirement, in

conjunction with the INSTITUTION.
