First reminder - Annual fee for thè international transaction log for 2015

Dear Mr. La Camera,

Reference is made to thè "Notifìcation of thè annual fee for thè International Transaction Log(ITL) for thè year 2015" dated 29 August 2014 and sent to your attention (attached herewith is a copyfor ease of reference). Please note that as of today, thè Secretariat has not received your Government'sannual contribution that was due on 1 January 2015.

As you are aware, thè Conference of thè Parties serving as thè meeting of thè Parties to thèKyoto Protocol (CMP) by its decision 8/CMP.8, authorized "thè ITL administrator to deny or suspendnational registry operations with thè ITL in thè event of non-payment of thè fee by thè Party, althoughnot earlier than four months after thè beginning of thè relevant calendar year, subject to at least tworeminders having been given to thè Party and consultation having taken piace with thè Party concernedprior to thè fìnal reminder".

Notifìcation of thè annual fee for thè International Transaction Log for thè vear 2015

The secretariat of thè United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC)presente its compliments to thè national focal point of Italy and has thè honour to refer to thè annualcontribution for thè International Transaction Log (ITL) for 2015.

The Conference of thè Parties serving as thè meeting of thè Parties to thè Kyoto Protocol at itsninth session approved by its decision 10/CMP.9 thè fees for thè ITL for thè biennium 2014-2015. Inaccordance with thè fìnancial procedures of thè Convention which are also applicable to thè KyotoProtocol, annual contributions are due on 1 January of thè relevant year (see decision 15/CP.l, annexI, paragraph 8 (b)).

The annual ITL fee for Italy is as follows:
