DANNY WOODS (MR. MARMALADE) is a freshman at Ivy Tech pursuing his prerequisites so he can transfer to IU, where he plans to pursue a degree in Business Administration. Danny participated in two plays at Edgewood High School: Grease, where he portrayed Eugene, and The Real Inspector Hound as Inspector Hound. He has never actually done any cocaine. BENNY SULLY (CACTUS/A MAN) is a sophomore at Indiana University majoring in Theatre and Drama with a focus in Acting and Directing. Recent projects include Z-Nation (Zombie) and Little Shop of Horrors (Seymour). Benny is also currently Assistant Directing Lieutenant of Inishmore and is on the Board of Directors for IU’s student theatre group, University Players. He’d like to thank the Clarkes, the Schaefers, and most of all, his parents for helping him and believing in him as he follows his dreams…also for buying him food while he’s poor. SARAH MCGRATH (LUCY) is a senior at Indiana University pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre & Drama. Before transferring to IU, she studied Classical Voice at Shoreline Community College in Washington State. Recent production credits include Ca-Ching for Indy Fringe 2015, Meg in The Actor’s Nightmare, and the puppeteer for king oedipus last year at Ivy Tech.

CONNOR BLANKENSHIP (BRADLEY) is a junior at IU majoring in Theatre, Education, and Martial Arts. He is a certified Actor Combatant from The Society of American Fight Directors. Theatre credits from IU include Romeo and Juliet (Prince), Pride and Prejudice (Mr. Collins), King Lear (Ensemble), The Imaginary Invalid (Doctor #4). Connor is from Louisville, Kentucky. RHIANNA C. JONES (SOOKIE) is an Ivy Tech student in the Paramedic Science program. Mr. Marmalade is her fifth Ivy Tech Student production. She has been acting since she was 15, has been in about 30 productions, and has also directed, stage managed, made costumes, and built sets. She currently has an awesome job as a professional Queen Elsa, and in her free time enjoys playing dress-up and make-believe with her 3-year-old daughter, Adara Rose. MARILYN WHITE (EMILY/SUNFLOWER) is a freshman at Ivy Tech and has been acting since she was ten, making Mr. Marmalade her seventeenth production. Along with acting, Marilyn’s passions include singing, dancing, and playing guitar and ukulele. While she’s not sure what her future may hold, she hopes it will allow her to spend lots of time on stage. She would like to thank the directors she’s had and her parents for getting her where she is today. EVAN PRITCHARD (LARRY) has studied General Education at Ivy Tech. He plans to pursue a degree in Business and Hospitality at IU and someday open up his own restaurant. As a native to Mitchell, Indiana, he can’t wait to get out there and explore the rest of the world. Evan is making his acting debut with Mr. Marmalade, and it’s something he’s always wanted to do.

ISAAC NEWSOM (GEORGE) was born and raised in the great city of Bloomington. He graduated from Bloomington High School North and now attends Ivy Tech to study Nursing. His love for theatre started in high school and still goes strong. Besides acting, Isaac enjoys playing music and hiking with his friends. He has had a great time putting Mr. Marmalade together and hopes you enjoy the show! TRISTA WALKER (STAGE MANAGEMENT) is a sophomore at Ivy Tech, and plans to transfer to IU next year. Her focus is primarily on Theatre and Creative Writing, though she also enjoys Psychology. She has been published in Ivy Tech’s literary magazine, mê tis, and loves to write fiction. Trista recently stage managed Ivy Tech’s production of A Number, making Mr. Marmalade her second Stage Management adventure. KATE HERSHBERGER (SOUND DESIGNER) is a recent graduate of Indiana University with a BA in Theatre & Drama with Concentrations in Stage Management and Sound Design. For Bloomington Playwright’s Project: The Capables (Sound Designer). For Ivy Tech Student Productions: Eurydice (Sound Designer). For Indiana University: M. Butterfly (Sound Designer), Wanted: A Contemporary Dance Piece (Sound Designer), King Lear (Sound Board Operator). For The Jewish Theatre of Bloomington: Handle with Care (Sound Designer). For Independent Student Productions: I Hate Myself (Sound Designer), Dat Darwinian D (Sound Designer), and Intentions (Sound Designer). LILY WALLS (COSTUME DESIGN) is an Indiana University and Ivy Tech Alumna with a degree in Theatre with a concentration in Costume Design and Construction. She currently works at the Ivy Tech Waldron. A native Bloomingtonian, she is thrilled to have the chance yet again to work providing theatre in her community. Most recently she was a Costume/Wardrobe Intern at the Colorado Shakespeare festival and Assistant Designer for The Mystery of Edwin Drood at Indiana Univer sity. Other credits include Ivy Tech productions of Macbeth, No Exit, king oedipus, Eurydice, as well as Assistant Designing IU’s King Lear. BRENNEN EDWARDS (LIGHTING DESIGN) is proud to be working with the Ivy Tech John Waldron Arts Center in the Rose Firebay again after lighting the previous 2014-2015 season, including productions of Mass Appeal and king oedipus. She was previously the lighting designer at the Performing Arts Center in Bedford, Indiana. She is currently working towards an Associate degree in general education at Ivy Tech Bloomington, and thanks all involved at the Ivy Tech Waldron for these continued opportunities to be a part of these amazing productions.

DAVID WADE (SCENIC DESIGNER) finds designing for Director, Paul Daily here in the Fire Bay at Ivy Tech-Bloomington always an exciting challenge. Adapting in this space is always a test. This is evident from his church-like design for Macbeth. Last season he designed king oedipus complete with shadow puppets and also Eurydice with its own scenic surprises. Hey, Greek plays are cool but he needed a change so he has kept himself busy this year at Bloomington High School South designing Phantom of the Opera and Midsummers Night Dream, along with Seussical for Bedford H.S. and Willy Wonka for Bloomfield H.S. He fits all that in while working at Bloomington Playwrights Project where he is still not done as the resident scenic designer. Last season at the BPP he has painted for old people who fall in love and girls who want to kill people, just like their made-up boyfriends. Designing for a stage full of monsters and heroes was, as the kids say, “Kick ass!” Most recent designs include Ugly Lies the Bone and The Capables.
