After we managed to get the 10 vouchers from Doi Chaang Coffee Cyberjaya, we
get notify that the 10 vouchers were not valid to use it.
There are some miscommunications between partners of Doi Chaang Coffee
Cyberjaya and us. One of partner from DCC (The person who gave us the 10
vouchers) had miscommunicated with her other partners. They didn’t get any
notify about that she gave me the vouchers and also she was careless that actually
the voucher is only valid until the end of 2015.So that why one of the partner will
post on the Facebook to notify us.
After we get clarify from person in charge in DCC, as our responsibility, we
contacted the 10 winner who took the vouchers and explain to them regarding to
this issue.
