Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC is heavily

engaged in Preparedness for Wisconsinites, especially

Milwaukeeans at the Census Tract and Neighborhood

Level for the Implementation of the Affordable Health

Care Law on October 1, 2013 and January 1, 2014.

URBAN POPULATION Model

We have chosen HALYARD Park as the first location of

introduction to the health care marketplace in the city of

Milwaukee. The Family-friendly neighborhood is anexample of the densely populated consumers for health

care products and services.

We are looking at the URBAN POPULATION grid of the

diverse client base of over a half-million Milwaukeeans.

MPA LLC is well-aware of the importance of “putting –

the-product” in front of the decision making consumers-

beneficiaries for quality in BRAND examination and price

comparison. It is one of the ways to assist the End-User

in hands-on LEARNING.

LEARNING and take-away knowledge from the Exhibitors

for informed decision making during enrollment October

1, 2013 thru March 1, 2014 is at the top of the list for the

FAIR. It is part of the cultural design for CENSUS TRACTand in-the-NEIGHBORHOOD service delivery.

Consumer Development Financial Institutions, banks,

credit unions and legal firms are requested for SMALL

Neighborhood business owners GROWTH.

Schools of training for specifics in career developmentand employment and INTERNET providers are a premium

for health care wellness.

In addition to the EXHIBITORS, we are inviting legislators,

policy makers, data makers and the media for

documentation of this historic event.

MPA LLC will feature mini interviews and photo Ops with

visitors, vendor health coordinators, town hall meetings

for face-to-face discussion with the Milwaukee

Delegation (federal-state-local); drawings and giveaways

for customer evaluations, health mobiles, Main Stage

announcements by vendors and elected officials, and

more.

Food and refreshments are provided in Caterer’s Row.

VOLUNTEERS-Hospitality Ambassadors for assisting with

the navigation of James Beckum Park (11.6 acre) for the

FAIR is a true example of ALL HANDS on DECK, WE CAN.It is also an opportunity to serve, learn and awarded.

SUMMIT

MPA LLC innovative SUMMIT efforts are to help codify

the new guidelines and regulations for implementation

of the Affordable Health Care law. The URBANPOPULATION make-up is an excellent model to examine

“cultural factors”, cost drivers, lack of access to

technology and education attainment – What’s promised.

What’s delivered? What’s understood? What’s the cost?

The 2 ½ days of BRIEFINGS and discussions of panels and

keynoters are with less than a 100 beneficiaries, healthproviders, health practitioners, suppliers, legislators and

policy makers called to provide input for the 2013-2016

commitment of census tract and neighborhood

leadership. Participation is on a first-come, first served.

There is a cost.

It is also MPA LLC hands-on leadership commitment forthe small business BANDWIDTH through the Federally-

Assisted Exchange.

Wisconsin is a Federally-Assisted Exchange/

FFE state for our introduction and Full Implementation

of the Affordable Health Care law. Milwaukee is the

largest city in Wisconsin with over a half-million people

for insurance – public, private or otherwise.

We are a state of over 5 million people.

Since Milwaukee is an Enduring Concentrated Poverty

city with “hidden talent”, “vetted business”, “un-

financed and under-financed businesses”, we havechosen the “Health Care” industry for to jumpstart

quality of life and economic development - opportunities

to spur entrepreneurism and employment.
