File RequirementsThe live area is 7.625" x 10.25". For safety margin (the area from the live area to the trim) we recommend a minimum margin of 5/16". Printer’s marks must be offset a minimum of 1/8" from the trim, so that the marks sit outside the bleed area. For InDesign users, edit the Adobe InDesign PDF Preset for Marks and Bleeds so that the offset field is set to .125" to place the marks outside the bleed area.
Ads can be submitted as PDF-X1a, PDF, Postscript, EPS or TIFF files. All high-resolution images and fonts must be embedded in files. Images must be SWOP (grayscale or CMYK), 300 dpi. Spot, Pantone® (PMS) and RGB are not acceptable.
