ation Department is planning a day of fun for the whole family on

Coolidge Parks and Recreation Department offers a planned and well supervised After

School Program C.A.S.P.E.R. (Coolidge After School Program for Education and Recrea-

tion) is for children kindergarten through 6th grade. The program offers school-aged chil-

dren a variety of planned activities through which developmental goals are achieved. A well

-trained and professional staff plan and organize fun and unique activities which meet the

special interests of your child.

C.A.S.P.E.R. 2016-2017

Monday-Thursday

3:15 pm Children arrive and are signed in

3:15 pm-3:45 pm Homework Table Those who do not have homework shall be

engaged in quiet free t3:45 pm-4:15 pm Wash hands/snack time

4:15 pm-5:15 pm Arts & Crafts

5:15 pm-6:00 pm Organized interactive activity/supervised free time inside/

outside

Children may be picked up any time between 3:15-6:00 pm. *Any child picked up after 6:00

pm will be subject to the late fees outlined in parent handbook.

FREE SCHEDULE

FEE: $6.00 PER DAY

No attendance minimum monthly fee

All sites are licensed through the **Arizona Department of Health Services *Office of

Child Care Licensing

C.A.S.P.E.R. is held at Heartland School and West School, Monday thru Thursday.

*Children whom regularly attend the program from 3:15-4:30 pm, will be charged $1 per

hour. (This must be pre-arranged with the C.A.S.P.E.R. Coordinator). **Subsidies for child

care are available through the Department of Economic Security to eligible families. Quali-

fications are based on gross income, family size, and employment situation. To determine if

you are eligible to receive a child care subsidy please contact:

The Youth Council serves as a link between the youth of the City of Coolidge, the greater Community, and the City Council. They are responsible for teen interaction and communication between youth and adults to improve the opportunities to in-crease teen activities, engagement and enhance leadership skills among teens in Coolidge.

Electricity/Water Resident: $30.00 two hour minimum and $5 each addi-

tional hour. Non-Resident: $35.00 two hour minimum and $5 each addi-

PARK RAMADA

$50.00 user fee to use ramada is also due at time of reservation and is

not refundable, to guarantee availability please complete Fa-cility Use

Form. Fees must be paid at least one week before event.

SAN CARLOS PARK/PALO VERDE PARK RESTROOMS

$50.00 user fee to use restrooms is also due at time of reservation and

is not refundable. A $75.00 refundable deposit is due at time of

reservation.

Per field $150.00 security deposit refundable if no damage is sustained
