What it is about-

The film follows 17-year-old Katie Price (Bella Thorne), shel-tered since childhood with a life-threatening sensitivity to sun-light. Katie’s world opens up after dark when she ventures out to play her guitar for travelers. One night, she meets Charlie (Patrick Schwarzenegger) whom she has secretly admired for years. She hides her condition from him, and the two embark on a uniquely powerful romance. Rob Riggle plays Katie’s loving and compassionate father, Jack, who endeavors to give his daughter.

You can make some spring cupcakes. First, make some cupcakes from the box and add some spring themed sprinkles. Then you can decorate them in pastel icings and sprin-kles. Now you have some delicious spring cupcakes. You can then add peeps, candies, and all sorts of things to make your cupcakes look super pretty.

You can also make some spring trail mix what you need is peeps, M and M's, Chex-mix, Cheez-its, and other candies of your choice. First, get your bag or whatever your putting this in. Add your peeps and chex mix. Then add m and m's cheez-its and whatever else you want in it. Then you can make some Kool-aid or whatever for the drinks.

Chapmanville schools will not be having spring break. We will be making up all the days we missed. We are sad about it but we got a week of school so that was basally our spring break. We missed 1 week off school not counting weekends. Some kids here at CMS got an education leave so where they could go somewhere over spring break

Track and field is a sport which involves running and jumping hurdles. CMS also has a track and field team. Track and field has many different events like shot put, javelin and hammer. Track and field is one of the oldest sports, coming from ancient times. Their coaches are Bill Mullins and Mr. Jones. The people who are on the team are Rj Jones, Trevor Workman, Layken Vance, Larry Vankovich, and Fred Miller.

The C.M.S spring formal is right around the corner. It is on May 5th from 5 p.m. to 8p.m. There will be a concession stand for foods and beverages. Activities in the Summer By: Alexia Bryant

I surveyed 57 people in the 6th grade on what activities they like to do in the summer. The most popular activity is Build-A-Bear workshop with 12 people. The second most popular activity is going to the Rec Center to swim and workout with 10 people. The third most popular activity is doing gymnastics with 7people.The fourth most popu-lar activities are softball and cheering with 6 people each. The fifth most popular activities are energy express and camping with 5 people each. The sixth most popular activity is baseball with 4 people. And the least popular activities are 4h

camp and soccer with 1 person each.

Mrs. Farley We are comparing and contrasting three types of rocks. Also, studying minerals. Mrs. Christian We are competing in a class squad math challenge in order to review 6th grade math skills Mrs. Farris Literacy articles- We read biographies and we’re making a book report T-Shirt with all the information on the shirts. We will all wear our shirts to show them off. Mrs. Ball (History) We just finished the unit on the cold war. We have learned about the Korean and Vi-etnam Wars and the space race. We are watching October Sky and will be doing a read-er’s theater. Mrs. Ball (ELA) Author studies- We close authors and students researched them and created posters about them. They pretended in class. Next, we will read a book by that author and do T-Shirt book reports. Mrs. McNeely We are competing in a class squad challenge in order to review 6th grade skills just like Mrs. Christian. The winning teams will later compete in the finals in a math relay. Mrs. Maynard Students have been working diligently on their open response essay.
