Moving Meditation for RenewedHealth
This series of T’ai Chi Chih classes areespecially for people with health issuesand is used together with conventionalmedical treatments. It can help buildphysical strength and endurance, aid inemotional and spiritual health, and helpeach individual realize improved qualityof life. The weekly non-committal classis open to all people who have experiencein Tai Chi Chih.

Taijiquan (Tai Chi) is a set of movementsdesigned to nurture balance and harmonyin mind and body.
Based on Chinese martial arts, themovements are smooth, continuous,relaxed and balance internal (breathingand awareness) and external (physical)elements of movement. These low impactmovements can be practiced just aboutanywhere and do not need any specialequipment. Casual loose fitting clothingand shoes with low or no heels should beworn to allow freedom of movement.
