Mountain Crane Service recently completed the erection of a wind turbine at the Tooele
Army Depot in a joint effort with PNE Construction and Turner Brothers. Mountain
Crane provided its Liebherr LR1600/2, Grove GMK 4100, and Liebherr LTM1225

Wind Turbine Erection
ACT 100 Index
American Cranes & Transport magazine recently released the 2010 Top 100 list, rank-
ing the largest crane companies in North America. Mountain Crane jumped from #47
(2009) to #36 (2010), the second largest jump of all 100 crane companies.
We attribute this growth to our customers and would like to thank all of you who have
helped us along the way.
The rankings can be viewed in the June 2010 issue of American Cranes & Transport
magazine.

Travis Horton and
Tyson Allen once
again directed the
Mountain Crane team
and did an excellent
job coordinating with
multiple transporta-
tion companies and
contractors before,
during, and after the
turbine erection was
complete.
Rich Hunt has been a Project Superintendent with Mountain
Crane Service for the past three years. With a background in
crane operation, he is a perfect representative of the company in
cooperation with other contractors on each project’s site. He can
provide lift plans, supervise out-of-town employees, direct safety
meetings, complete required contractor paperwork, and attend pre-
planning meetings.
Rich has supervised turnarounds at Chevron, Tesoro, and Sinclair
Refineries, as well as on-going maintenance projects at Chevron.
Rich enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters, and grandchil-
dren. He can often be found cruising down the highway on his
Harley Davidson.
Aristeo Construction recently completed a project at the Ford Motor Plant
in Detroit, Michigan using Mountain Crane’s Manitowoc 16000 Luffer.
Recognize the Mountain Crane flag? We’ve had several displayed along
the Wasatch Front during the summer months.

Lon Stam and Skyler Mundy recently attended the 2010 Elko Mining Expo. Here
they were able to visit with customers and colleagues from Nevada. Mountain Crane
enjoys the opportunity to attend industry events, spend time with friends, and meet
new people.
