A high modulus acetoxy curing silicone sealant containing a powerful anti-fungal compound to prevent mould growth in areas of high humidity.

General Surface Preparation All surfaces should be dry, clean and dust free. All loose or flaking surface coatings and old sealant should be removed before application.

Application Cut the tip off the cartridge taking care not to damage the thread. Apply nozzle and cut cleanly at an angle of 45o with an opening slightly larger than the gap to be sealed. Fill deep gaps with a suitable expanding foam. When applying to plastic & acrylic baths, fill the bath half full with water until the sealant has dried and cured. Apply using a standard sealant gun. Best results will be obtained by maintaining an even pressure on the gun trigger and keeping the gun at a con-stant angle to the surface being sealed. Smooth down within 10 minutes of application using a spatula, piece of wood or close textured sponge wetted with a soap and water solution. An improved appearance can be achieved by placing masking tape to both sides of the joint and removing within 5 minutes of application.
