MOU This indenture of memorandum of understanding is executed
and entered on
(date) at Bangalore,
BetweenShri.. s/o
Shri.aged about ..yrs, residing
at
Voter Id Card/D.L No. . herein after
referred to as First Party (together with assignees and legal
heirs).
And
Shri.. s/o
Shri.aged about ..yrs, residing
at
Voter Id Card/D.L No. . herein after
referred to as Second Party (together with assignees and legal
heirs).
1. First Party has to purchase the schedule property/material
and received a sum
of Rs. One lakh as commitment fee, and agreed to purchase the
schedule
property/material in Kolhapur.
2. Second Party has to produce the schedule property/material
for inspection on
(date) at Kolahapur of Maharashtra state to the First Party.
3. After the satisfactory inspection and if the schedule
property/material is found
genuine then First party will purchase the same material, and if
the first party
fails to do so, then he has promised to pay a sum of Rs. Ten
lakh to the second
party as damage charges.
4. If the schedule property/material is found fake/dummy, the
the amount paid by
the second party will be forfeited.
