Memorandum of Understanding between St Albans City &
District Council andLook! St Albans
Both parties confirm their:
1. Support for positive planning and achieving high quality
design ofbuildings and spaces for St Albans city centre.
2. Support for workshops along the lines of those referred to in
the Look! StAlbans Design Workshop Report (January 2013) and the
Look! St Albansdraft constitution.
3. Understanding that the results of workshops and other
representationsfrom Look! St Albans will be reported to Councillors
as part of anyplanning policy document adoption or application
process for key sties inthe City Centre.
The Council will make potential developers interested in key
sites in St AlbansCity Centre aware of Look! St Albans and pass on
contact details.
