This course has two hours of classroom training, followed by one hour of practical training and basic competency testing at a nearby intersection. This is a great training for learning how to control traffic and will result in your official certificate upon passing.

All Road Guard Trainings are held at our Detroit Lakes campus.

The application must be received by Driver & Vehicle Services (DVS) three weeks before your training. The application can be downloaded from www.minnesota.edu/wds. Click on transportation training then “MN Road Guard Certificate Application” under associated downloads.
