Firmly at the engine installed Breakout box for tension and resistance measuring directly in the system.
A melamin resin plate held within the aluminum frame is engraved according to the pin allocation of the engi-ne control unit and supplied with individual 4 mm of monitoring sockets. This makes a direct allocation of the individual components possible .
Using the strapping plugs contained in the scope of supply also resistance measuring without the separati-on of the engine control unit can be made.
Directly at the components of the engine monitoring sockets are led out (see red circles). Measuring is possible without having to remove the component plugs.

System interface C:
Connection of a PC with USB-Port to the system interface C.
Evaluation on basis of prefabricated program surfaces.
System interface F:
Connection of the fault switching module to the system interface F.
Input of faults by the fault switching module or by the infrared remote-control.
System interface S:
Connection of the universal-diagram-working panel for students to the system interface S.
The working panel is assigned with the corresponding system diagram.
The panels can be extended up to 12 student places.

Breakout boxes - Measuring in the system
Information:
By complex becoming fuel-mixture generation systems more and more sensors and actuator elements are nee-ded. The number of pins at selective control valves constantly increases. If the selective control valve diagnosis announces an error in the system, there should be progresses further measurements. Inevitable test unit here is among other things the measurement of different components and their inlets. In particular removing the plug connectors of the selective control valves does not exclude possible damages. Using Breakout boxes for paral-lel and row measurements also without removing the selective control valve plugs are possible.
Firmly at the engine installed Brea-kout box for tension and resistance measuring directly in the system.
A melamin resin plate held within the aluminum frame is engraved according to the pin allocation of the engine control unit and supplied with individual 4 mm of monitoring sockets. This makes a direct allocation of the individual components possible .
Using the strapping plugs contai-ned in the scope of supply also resistance measuring without the separation of the engine control unit can be made.

Universally applicable Breakout box with integrated error circuit.
With the appropriate adapter cable tension and resistance measure-ments can be accomplished to all electronically steered systems of the vehicle or engine. The switches mounted beside the monitoring sockets permit an interrupting of in and outgoing signals of the selecti-ve control valve.
Using the potentiometer the possi-bility exists to switch a steplessly adjustable resistance. Removing of individual connections is not ne-cessary, since the circuits can be switched and/or interrupted simply by a switch.

Breakout boxes - Measuring in the system
Information:
For tension measurements different measuring boxes of different manufacturers are available. These e.g. make rapid and problem-free measuring pick-ups with all measuring devices specified in the test guidances like circu-it analyzers, for oscilloscope etc. possible.
A workshop practiacal test of complex electronic systems is made possible with the appropriate adapter cable .
