Motivational Interviewing Todd Schedin Worked for Snohomish County 34 years — Juvenile Court for 24 years Currently working in a Juvenile Probation Counselor Supervisor position (for the past 5 years) Certified State Trainer for the Case Management Assessment Process (CMAP). State trainers teach the Juvenile Services Academy at the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission (WSCJTC) in Burien. I’ve been a State Trainer for over 10 years. I have supervised the Truancy “program” since January 2016 Sara Sara is a Juvenile Probation Counselor in Snohomish County with over 11 years of experience at Snohomish County and 16 years in juvenile justice. As a probation counselor, she currently maintains a caseload of juvenile offenders and works with Snohomish County school districts assisting in the truancy process. Sara regularly develops and implements trainings in Community Truancy Boards and Motivational Interviewing and is also a certified Quality Assurance Specialist for the CMAP model in Snohomish County.
