CSR ACTIVITYDESCRIPTION:

In order to contribute a little bit to help the less privileged social collectives, we propose this in solidarity activity.

This action can be about restoring a child’s shelter, a campaign to collect clothes or any other action to help the society….

ORgANIzATION:

The participants will be distributed in small groups. Each group will perform a different task, and by summing up all the efforts a good action will be achieved.

MEDIEVALTOURNAMENTDESCRIPTION:

Who has never ever dreamt of becoming a knight and participate in a tournament to beat the enemy on a duel and rescue the princess of the Kingdom? With this program, we will be able to go back to the Medieval Ages and to participate in an authentic Knights’ Tournament in which we will have to beat all our rivals.

The participants will have to use the archery, be skilful with the lance and the medieval dances, but also with the fight and will have to avoid and overcome obstacles to find the Saint Grail or to defend themselves in a medieval trial.

lEITmOTIv/ SETTINg:

All the activities will be settled in the Medieval Ages and we will work with professional actors and actresses characterised as Kings, princesses and knights who will make us live again those old times to introduce us in a story with a happy end.

ORgANIzATION:

We will divide the whole group in small teams. Each team will have from 5 to 10 participants. Are you ready to overcome the different activities and to win this motivational competition?

CASTIngDESCRIPTION: Do you want to be a film star? Do not lose this opportunity! One of the most powerful production companies of the whole world is seeking new stars to make them participate in a wonderful show! But, pay attention; it is not looking for individual stars but for bands, dancers or actors who are able to work in teams.

In order to do so, the participants will have to overcome some activities such as: singing, acting, dancing, film-making, elaborate a spot, film the news, etc... Once the casting is done, the production company will present “The Great Oscar Academy Awards”, where the best teams will be awarded according to the diffe-rent categories. Afterwards, the winners’ shows will be projected for everyone’s delight.

lEITmOTIv/SETTINg:A professional actor (the Producer) will present the whole Casting. On top of that, musicians, technicians and needed actors and actresses will be helping the participants in each category. The participants will have at their disposal plenty of props to set their plays and a camera to film. Afterwards we will project their videos in The Great Oscars Academy Awards Night.

ORgANIzATION:

Each team will be composed of 5 to 10 participants, always depending on the number of the whole group. They will have to pass the different tests. The participants will have an accreditation in which their team number and the correct order of the different tests will appear.

TApASTOURDESCRIPTION:

What is the hidden and well kept secret to cook some good Tapas?

With the help of a logbook, a map of the area and a digital camera, the participants will have to discover the old city centre of a city while immortalising in a report all the gastronomic culture that they will encounter in their way.

Apart from tasting several traditional tapas of the city, the participants will have to overcome a series of tests to get to know the city and its hidden secrets and legends.

Some of the tests that our reporters will have to take are: finding famous characters hidden in the crowd, tasting several wines, solving enigmas, etc…

lEITmOTIv /SETTINg:

A professional actor/actress will be dressed up as a French famous Chef who is writing a gastro-nomic guide of the city and wants to taste the best tapas.

ORgANIzATION:

The whole group will be divided in smaller groups (from 5 to 10 participants). Each team will have to go around with a map. Although the maps may vary, all the teams will end up the route in the same spot in order to enjoy a good meal or a coffee together. In there, an award ceremony will be held and the best images (photographs, videos…) of the event will be projected.

CITYTOUR

lOCATION: Barcelona, Valencia, San Sebastián, Madrid or another charming city

DESCRIPTION:

Are you bored and tired of the repetitive guided tours? With this City Tour, the participants will discover a charming city in a creative and different manner. The participants will be like detectives following the clues that will lead them to the most emblematic places of the city.

In order to do so, they will have different means of transport, such as Brompton bikes, electric skates, and there is also the possibility to get on a real helicopter and see Barcelona from the air!

In-between the clues, the participants will have to solve enigmas, tests or challenges in charge of actors hidden in the city and dressed up as celebrities.

lEITmOTIv/SETTINg:

A mission only suitable for united teams of special agents. Only the teams that will be able to find the solution of the mission will be awarded with the Licence 007.

ORgANIzATION:

The whole group will be divided in teams of 8-10 participants (depending of the total number of participants). Every team will have a different route and in the end all the teams will end up the activity in the same place of the city in order to attend the prize-giving and to see the projection of the best moments of the event.

MULTIADVEnTURERAIdDESCRIPTION:

A Multiadventure Raid is a multidisciplinary competition done in teams in which participants must complete a track marked by the organization, overcoming the difficulties encountered in their path.

The route of this Multi-Raid will be organized in stages such as in intermediate checkpoints or spe-cial tests such as driving a quad, horse riding, archery, biking, orienteering or 4x4 driving.

It is a great adventure, suitable for all levels, where the teams will have to demonstrate their team work skills and the spirit of improvement and overcoming.

lEITmOTIv/ SETTINg:

Like any good sports competition, we will have a tent and a big top for the organization, a stereo, provisioning, a finishing line and flags with the names of the partner brands. All this decoration is aimed at motivating the participants and creating the atmosphere of a real competition.

ORgANIzATION:

The group will be divided into teams of 5 to 10 people (depending on the total number of partici-pants). Each team will have a checkpoint sheet that will indicate the order of the activities to be carried out.

DESCRIPTION:

Participants will have to complete a route finding in their way several markers following the points pointed out in a map with the help of a GPS.

In some markers there will be surprise tests. Strategy, teamwork and decision taking will be the key elements to successfully overcome the whole activity.

Like a good healthy sportive competition, we will have a big top for the organization, a stereo, ban-ners, provisioning, finishing line and flags with the names of the partner brands. All this decoration is aimed at motivating the participants and creating a real competitive atmosphere.

SHORT-FILMSCONTESTDESCRIPTION:

Lights, Camera....Action!

Thanks to this contest of short-films, participants will have the opportunity to shoot their own movie…

Led by a team of actors, they have to draw up the script, prepare the props, makeup, and choose the decors and, finally they have to film the short-film for the producer.

lEITmOTIv/SETTINg:

As in any important production, the film director is a little bit eccentric and will lead the team of players. The producer of the film will provide everything needed for a successful film such as: props, scenery, makeup, cameras, lighting, etc…

ORgANIzATION:

The groups will be of 5 to 8 people (depending on the total number of participants). At the begin-ning of the journey, the teams will have to pass some tests to get a budget that will allow them to obtain the necessary resources (material, costumes, actors….). Then, each team will conduct a separate task or deal with a fragment of the short film. By focusing all the efforts together on the same target, a good movie will be done for sure. The day will end with the display of the complete film.

pHOTOgRApHICRAllYDESCRIPTION:

Do you want to discover new fascinating places and unspoiled natural landscapes? You just need a 4x4 vehicle and a photo camera to be there…

The participants, on board of a 4x4 vehicle and with the help of a GPS, a map, and a logbook, will have to follow a track marked by the organization in the map and overcome the challenges they will encounter in their path.

Some of these challenges that our daring reporters will have to overcome will be decoding puzzles, overcoming a ropes circuit, driving skilfully on circuits in 4x4, etc…

lEITmOTIv/SETTINg:

Like a healthy and competitive sportive championship, we will have a big top for the organization, a stereo, provisioning, finishing line, banners of the partners, sponsors, etc. All this decoration has the aim to motivate the participants and create a proper competition atmosphere.

ORgANIzATION:

Groups from 6 to 12 people. Each patrol will have 2 or 3 vehicles, that is to say, each vehicle will be about 3-4 people. Each patrol will do the tour separately from the rest of the vehicles. During the tour, there will be some checkpoints where they will have to take some photographs or pass a test.

Everybody has thought at least one time how difficult it must be to work as a real team in a Formu-la One motor-racing team. With the Formula Team activity we will have the opportunity to check it out!

The main goal is to participate in the race of the Grand Prix circuit and drive the laps in the shor-test possible time competing with the rest of the team. But first, we have to design our car race and be admitted to the Grand Prix, buy the materials needed to finally construct a very competitive vehicle, but also to promote our team and … do not forget that the most important thing is to be well organized by distributing the roles of the participants.

lEITmOTIv/ SETTINg:

As in all the Grand Prix, each team will have their boxes or equipment to design, assemble and/or repair their racing car. The circuit will have a tent for the organization, a stereo, provisioning, finis-hing line and banners of the partners and sponsors in order to motivate the participants and create and environment of competition similar to a real Formula One Grand Prix.

ORgANIzATION:

The whole group will be divided in smaller teams of 6 to 8 participants (depending on the total number of participants). The participants will have to distribute the different roles needed in order to start buying the material, design the model of the car so to finally build it. Then, they will have to plan a promotional campaign and finally do a test circuit and a final lap.

SAILIngREGATTADESCRIPTION:

Sailing in a sailing boat is always a special experience, but if you do so participating in a race, it can even become an unforgettable experience!

After an introductory briefing, each patron will get together with his/her crew to explain the functioning of the boat and the rules of the regatta race. Afterwards, the race will start. Bear in mind that the race is also about overcoming a circuit of buoys as quickly as possible.

The roles distribution, the settlement of a strategy and the group work will be the key elements to win this race.

There is the also the possibility to invite a famous Olympic sailor to make the initial motivational briefing.

MOTORChAllENGE

DESCRIPTION:

If you like the engine-motor world, this is your ideal program because you will be able to enjoy the two most spectacular types of engines practicable in the mountain: quad and 4x4.

In the quad, the participants, after having a first contact with the vehicle, will practice the driving in a trial circuit with obstacles and then we will be ready to make an excursion around Penedés area.

In the 4x4, accompanied by a professional expert who will first explain and demonstrate the well functioning and use of the vehicle, the participants themselves will then live the experience of dri-ving on an authentic 4x4 circuit.

This program can be adapted and can also include other activities such as: orientation, archery, paintball, or teambuilding activities.

Thanks to this program we will transform one of the most common daily routine things in a very funny experience.

The teams will have to go shopping and buy some ingredients in a public market, and then they will have to make a creative recipe and…cook it!

In the end, all the participants together will taste all the dishes and they will have to vote for the most original and the most delicious one.

The result and the final target of the activity will be to enjoy a first quality lunch or dinner cooked by the assistants themselves.

lEITmOTIv/SETTINg:

A professional actor who will be dressed up as a Chef looking like Dalí will be going around the market and the kitchen to find the best cooks. The Chef will finally have to decide what group is awarded to go around the world in order to show their gastronomic secrets to the rest of the cooks.
