Asian Medical Students’ Association - Indonesia Motivation letter for EAMSC delegation love AMSA , My motivation for applying as a EAMSC delegation is generally same as my motivation when I first submit the form for applying as a AMSA ub member, that is I want to develop my English, get informations about student exchange programs, get to know many friends from other medical faculties, and to develop my leadership and surprisingly, I was accepted and I was so thrilled. And my motivation even grew stronger. After knowing deeper about AMSA in fkub I was also motivated to make AMSA ub more known by the students and also in Indonesia. Even after I got as Director of Newsletter and Webmaster AMSA ina, i still have no international career or experience yet. I think by becoming EAMSC delegation, i can get many experience in international scale, new friends and i can share knowledge and bring new knowledge to be shared at my beloved AMSA ub. EAMSC 2012 has theme, Infectious Diseases – emerging threats in the region and the implementation of preventive measures and policies to control the spread of these infectious diseases. MY REAL MOTIVATION is bringing many knowledge back to AMSA ub for sake of SHARING knowledge to others. Then we are as medical students, we will raise awareness of potentially threatening infectious diseases and preventive measures that have been or should be put in place to control its spread, recognize the individual’s role in preventing the transmission of these diseases and allow to assume the role of a public health officer involved in overseeing of the management of an infectious disease problem.
